Can you suggest a healthy diet to loose weight – diet should take care of Hungar Pangs, and cravings ?
I get really hungary every three hours – which is understandable, however – the amount of food intake is huge ? I desperately need to loose weight thru diet – and need to contral craving and hungar pangs –
Any tip or suggestion are welcomed ?

Instead, plan to change your eating habits permanently by making sensible changes that you can live with. Remember, it took years to add those extra pounds; they won’t come off overnight.
Keep cut raw vegetables in your refrigerator.
They’re low in calories and great for snacking. Eat a few pieces a half-hour before you sit down to lunch or dinner to cut your appetite.
Skip the elevator.
Prefer climbing the stairs instead of using elevator because climbing stairs burns calories. If you’re going up four stories or less, walk.
Walk to walk.
Walk all the way if you work a mile or less from home. If you live farther from work and take public transportation, get off two stops early and walk the rest of the way. If you drive to work, park half-mile from the job and walk.
Always eat sitting down.
(Whoever told you it doesn’t count when you eat standing up was wrong). Create a calm, unhurried atmosphere for your meals, and put your fork down between bites.
Add a big salad to your dinner.
This is particularly important if you plan to eat a semi frozen entree for your evening meal. Without the salad, you’ll feel hungry later.
Use smaller plates for meals.
Your portion will look bigger. Satisfy your eye, it’s easier to satisfy your stomach.

Drink a glass of lemon juice and honey mixed in warm water, first thing in the morning in a clean stomach. hi i am sorry but the truth is the only way to effectively and permanently loose weight is by working out and eating right , well lets put it this way walking for an hour burns no more than 220 calories, where as a kilogram of fat has over 7000 calories. So even if you were to walk for an hour a day it will take you almost 3 months just too loose 1 kg of fat. Also you can not take of fat from a certain body part by working out that part particularly. A couple of things…. I would direct you to a website called http://www.rightbodyforyou.com and look up Audrey Lynette, she weighed 450 lbs when I first met her and lost half her body weight by being willing to ask her body what it would like to eat, and then following it religiously. 2nd perhaps see if you can find an Ayurvedic specialist in your area who can establish your body type and then suggest to you a regime that would really help you enormously.
I work with people with dietary imbalances and sometimes do consults on the phone either through skype or teleconferences… I would be happy to suggest some stuff for you and perhaps do some investigation of your habits and points of view around food.

Or… try to make yourself busy so that your brain will be preoccupied and would not signal that you are hungry.
I am also a person who is hungry frequently. I needed to lose 60 lbs. I did it on Weight Watchers and have kept it off for the past 5+yrs. I start my day w/ a healthy & delicious protein smoothy w/ fruit and other things that keep me satisfied until lunchtime. I eat when I’m hungry – sensibly. Eating a heart healthy fat before any meal will give the meal staying power. You can eat volume if it’s low cal., low fat, high fiber. I make a vegetable soup and throw in soy beans &/black beans for fiber & protein. It’s very low cal and filling and delicious. honey water n lemon juice is your answer….safe and simple…have it every day on empty stomach when u get up…if u r in a hurry to lose weight, then go on honey water fast or lemon honey water fast i.e., u can have as many glasses of the mixture as u want but drink atleast 2 litres per day..by this, u wil not be deprived of energy and also the hunger pangs do dwn…n dont forget to have 2 or 3 tablespoons of honey 1hr or half an hr before u slp…it helps u in burning fat in ur sleep too..its called hibernation diet..
