How do I lose tummy fat from just diet and exercise?

I just need to know like good exercises that work and a diet. I just want a flat or nearly flat stomach because I think I would gain so much more confidence.

    you could try doing sit ups, say 50 the first few days and keep doing more and more, also try some running. and yep, eat healthy =] good luck babe

    It’s kind of a pain, but weight loss happens proportionately all over your body, so even if you just target your tummy area, you’ll lose the fat equally all over your body (despite what some commercials or phony weight loss websites will tell you).

    The best and fastest way to lose weight (other than through diet) is to up your cardio! That can be taking a brisk walk, or jumping rope… anything to get your heart rate going. A gym is really great for that. It might feel awkward at first, but by watching people you can see the types of exercises they do, and anything that gets your heart going is going to burn up the fat. That includes sex!

    I used to have the fattest stomach. I found out that what I needed was both training strategies and nutritional strategies in order to reduce belly fat fast, but not just one or the other.
    I have found that the exercise techniques that you use are of paramount importance for getting a flat stomach fast, because some exercise techniques are far more effective than other techniques. It is also my experience that the types of foods that you eat really makes a huge difference in any belly fat loss program that you’re on, but not just how much food you eat. For example, some fats are really healthy for you such as cold pressed oils and extra virgin coconut oil, while other oils such as hydrogenated and other much processed oils are bad for your health and bad for losing belly fat.
