What are the nutrients in a piranhas diet?

Hey answer…ers? I really need some quick info. What are the nutrients in a piranhas diet? also in a dogs diet? and lastly in a rabbits diet? Yes it is homework and I have no time to search books as I have way to much on my plate would appreciate everyone’s knowledge! Thank you!

Chosen Answer:

Piranhas are total carnivores and their nutrients are almost entirely protein and amino acids.

Dogs are omnivorous, and need meat and plant protein, carbohydrates and a little bit of fat.

Rabbits are herbivores and need plants, vegetables, and roughage. They get small amounts of protein from certain plants and seeds. they do not eat animal origin protein

Most piranha species are piscovores (eating a diet of fish). As for nutrients, the organ meat and bones in smaller fish should be adequate. I’d avoid feeder goldfish for copper and thiamenese levels.
With dogs, remember, they are carnivore/scavengers. Corn and wheat have no place in good canine foods. Dogfoodanalysis dot com is a great starting place to see how brands rate. In the “reviews” field, just enter any brands you are considering. they rank 1 to 6 stars, 6 being the best. They don’t take money from dog food companies, so they aren’t in anyone’s pocket.
As for rabbits, Oxbow is a long favorite of professional breeders, but I don’t keep rabbits so this is second hand info.
