What is a good diet for someone who is beginning running/jogging and weight training?
I think I have a very balanced diet, but I am currently seeking a better guideline to follow to make myself more agile and more physically fit/able to run.
An added bonus would be to drop weight while toning muscle, but either way, does anyone have a good, proven guideline?
And please, no rude or obvious answers such as “DRINK WATER!!!!”…I know that much.

Well i did the exact same thing and i followed the GI Diet which was extremely easy,you eat foods such as muesli, porridge, shredded wheat for breakfast and wholegrain things, chicken, oatcakes, fruit and vegetables which will keep you full and after a few weeks even eating 1 biscuit between meals will make you feel so full , its amazing…
