What is a healthy diet that will make you keep losing weight in a healthy way?

Latley I’ve been trying a crazy diet and my doctor said if I keep it up I could get really
sick Ive been losing weight and when I go off the diet I dnt want to gain the weight! Help

    It would help if you have a varied diet consisting of fresh fruits, vegetables, yogurt, salads, lean meat, and some natural fruit juices. Think about it, if you just maintain one diet like the waht you have said or strip that fat diet, and maybe others, it would still have some bad effects in the long run. So, changing foods from time to time and daily exercises would help you lose weight safely. Just choose what suits your body.
