What is the best diet to use along with exercise?
I am trying to drop around 10- 15 pounds by mid July. I am not looking for a fad diet however If it works fine.. I excerise 3 times per week. What is the best diet to use. I am open to all real suggestions

Switch all your whites to browns (bread, pasta, rice), eat 4-6 small meals throughout the day, have snacks consisting of protein/fresh fruit (such as a handfull of almonds and an apple), drink tea if you enjoy it, and drink water throughout the day (it helps to carry around a water bottle or bottled water).
Please don’t go on any kind of fad diet – if you are working out your body needs carbs, protein, and good fats. Trust me on this one – eat healthy, more often with smaller portion sizes.
