What is the perfect diet to loose weight?

I want to loose weigh, but i don’t know a diet that would help me.

well im on the carb diet and you lose like 2-5 pounds a week. my dad lost like 80 pounds in somethinging like 8 months. thats like 10 pounds a month. you eat 25-30 carbs a day. here are some foods to eat and the carbs for them

-any meat- 0 carbs
-eggs (each) – 1 carb
-sausage – from 1-2 carbs
-low carb yogurt – you can get it anywhere from like 5-15
-no sugar added jello – 0 carbs (very good buy the way.
-salad (with chicken or meat) – 0 With dressing it has carbs.
it depends how much dressing you put on it and what kind you get.-ice cream – it depends on what brand you get. but i just got this ice cream from Edys and its only like 7 carbs fo r half a cup and it comes in like a million flavors. ( and you can subtract the sugar alcahol and the dietary fiber from the main carbs listed on the nutritional fact label. and if you go to the store you’ll find lots more stuff to eat and you dont even have to exersice! good luck! and ill pray for you. oh and dont get discouraged if you dont lose any weight the first couple of weeks. it takes a couple of weeks some times to work because some peoples body has to get used to it. but once your body does get used to it you’ll drop the weight real quick! and you have to stick to it. every two weeks take a break and have a pig out day. lol thats what i do and im fine. i have a friend who went on it and has lost 18 pounds and its only been 1 month!

    No DIET… stop eating junk. Do some stuff like parking farther away at the Mall or store. Instead walking the dog or self 1 time around the block go 2 times. Check out this site wwwrealage.com

    do the slimfast diet.

    breakfast-one can slimfast with some fruit
    snack-celery with peanut butter or something else with protein
    lunch-can of slimfast with vegetables.
    snack-have some diary or something else healthy
    dinner-have something light.

    *Just cut back on what you eat!
    *Try to stay away from fatty, greasy, and sugary foods!
    *Replace sodas and coffee with water or an all natural fruit drink.
    *Eat more fruits and vegetables!
    *Walk everyday for at least 15-30 minutes.
    *Be Consistent with everything!

    Weight Watchers. You get to still eat what you want but you learn that moderation and portion control is key.
