What is the risk of a diet consisting of Tomato’s and lettuce for lunch and lean meat for dinner?
My diet at present consists of Muesli for Breakfast with Low fat milk, A medium sized plate of lettuce with lots of Tomato’s,for lunch, and lean meat or chicken with vegetables for dinner. What is the effects of so much tomato’s every day?

My main concern is that it would be too low calorie. You need at least 1500 calories in total each day to avoid any problems with your diet, if you go too low you’ll enconter a wide variety of problems that’ll be counterproductive for weight loss. I suggest you track your calories for a bit, make sure you are getting enough food, and ensure you keep your carbohydrates fairly low:

Not enough carbohydrates e.g. Bread/Pasta/Potato etc.

A diet so low in calories will eventually lead to what is effectively brain damage. seriously. eat some potatoes.
Also – tomatoes are apparently inflaatory and thus aint so good for ya joints.
