What should my diet consist of if i want to work out and gain muscle and muscle tone.?
I don’t want to have a body builder body, nor a basketball or football player body. I am a soccer player and wish to just have a lean, and well toned body. What would the best diet be for this? I work out pretty much every day, including weights and running. I am 18 and weigh about 170 lbs and I am 6’0”
