What was the worse diet you have ever done but got great results?

Did you make up ths diet?
Was this a popular diet?
Is this something new?

And how much did you lose during this diet for just a week?
And why would you never do it again?

Chosen Answer:

For a year I did I “I WILL EAT NOTHING UNTIL AFTER 7pm at night”

So I ate nothing thoughout the day, didn’t even drink water and by the time I got to 7pm, I was not hungry and like few sips of water would make me full.

It worked well for me, in a year I lost about 50 lbs.

But now I take care of a family member and I am always cooking so it is not convient for me anymore.

It also helps to check out pro ana websites and youtube video of people who have lost a lot of weight. Also if you go to NBC.com and check out the biggest loser, there are pics of regular ppl who lost a lot of weight.

    A friend of mine had a lot of success with crystal meth. Lost about 20 pounds in a week from not eating and being awake for the whole week. I think it’s obvious why I would not recommend it for anyone, ever.

    A friend of mine did what I call ‘the starvation diet’. She wanted to lose 15 pounds before my wedding because all her ex-boyfriends would be there so she ate close to nothing. She lost the weight, passed out in the back of my car from malnutrition and eventually gained it all back.

    I had muscle milk protein shake, run 4 miles three days a week.either two time regular daily food with a lot of calcium, vegetable, salad’s, diet milk and low carbon and sugar drinks and vegetable drinks and working on my home Gym Bowflex revaluation home gym. and I lost about 20 pounds before thanksgiving. I did three weeks before thanksgiving and one week after Thanksgiving. so 20 0pound was my result but I thin I’m gaining wait again. so I has to get back at the gym and keep my sexy body in shape. How is or was your Christmas today. did you have to go to work or stay home?

    I went to New Mexico for a new job and sweated my a** off. I lost 20lbs in 2 months.

    When I was in high school, I went on a diet that was mostly eggs and grapefruit. By the start of the second week, I had eaten so many eggs I could barely look at one. After eating the first three eggs that day, I threw them back up. I couldn’t eat eggs again for years. I did lost 10 pounds in a week, but it came right back. This was a very popular diet back in the 70s. I think it was called the grapefruit diet.
